Client Relationship & Business Development Manager

Full-time / Part-timeFully remote · Worldwide hiring · China-based candidates preferred
Attorneys lead the legal evaluation, immigration strategy and key client meetings. You lead outreach, relationships, proposal coordination and the commercial follow-up.

What You Will Do

  • Manage incoming leads: follow up on firm-provided inquiries by phone, email and video, understand each client's needs, and arrange attorney evaluations
  • Work with attorneys to develop service proposals tailored to client needs, and explain attorney-approved services, fees and processes
  • Carry each opportunity through consultation, proposal, engagement and payment, then coordinate a complete handoff to the case team
  • Stay in touch with existing clients, gather feedback, and identify further individual, family and corporate needs after matters conclude
  • Proactively reach HR leaders, founders and international business executives to identify U.S. visa, employee green card and cross-border talent needs
  • Build referral relationships with CPAs, accounting firms, recruiters, chambers of commerce and other professional service providers
  • Use LinkedIn, Reddit, industry websites and professional communities for prospect research, useful content and targeted outreach
  • Collaborate with attorneys on articles and service presentations, arrange corporate meetings, and advance partnership discussions
  • Keep CRM records accurate and follow every opportunity through to a business outcome

What We Look For

  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Experience in sales, client conversion or business development
  • Prior law firm experience required; U.S. immigration law firm experience preferred
  • Able to develop B2B clients or referral partnerships
  • Practical LinkedIn prospecting skills, strong English business communication and professional writing
  • Strong relationship-building skills with consistent, organized follow-up
  • Able to work independently and remotely, and to accommodate client time zones

What We Offer

  • Base salary plus performance bonuses, commensurate with experience, capabilities and responsibilities
  • Fully remote — we hire worldwide, with China-based candidates preferred
  • Full-time or part-time
  • Attorneys handle the legal evaluation and strategy, so you can focus on clients and growth

Senior I-485 Immigration Paralegal / Case Manager

Full-time / Part-time / ContractRemote · U.S. or China-based · reports to our New York office
Built for someone who can start carrying cases in week one — not week twelve.

What You Will Do

  • Own employment-based and family-based I-485 adjustment cases end to end — document collection, package assembly, filing, and follow-up
  • Handle EB-5 I-485 matters, including concurrent and related adjustment filings
  • Prepare the associated I-765 and I-131 filings
  • Respond to I-485 RFEs and manage cases after filing
  • Communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients on their own cases
  • Spot issues early, chase what is missing, and carry a case without waiting to be asked

What We Look For

  • Substantial hands-on I-485 experience — enough to run an active caseload from day one
  • Fluent or native Mandarin, and strong written and spoken English
  • Three or more years at a U.S. immigration law firm preferred
  • Precise with detail and reliable on deadlines
  • Comfortable owning cases with light supervision
  • Background as a senior immigration paralegal, immigration case manager, or senior immigration specialist is a plus

What We Offer

  • Compensation: US$35–45 per hour, depending on experience
  • 100% remote — candidates based in the U.S. or in China are both welcome
  • Full-time, part-time, or independent contractor — whichever fits you
  • Flexible schedule for the right person; 10–20 hours a week is workable if that is what you have
  • A firm that turns its experience into systems, so you are not solving the same problem twice
  • Work alongside attorneys and specialists, not alone in a queue
  • Long-term investment in people who want to keep growing

Collaborating Attorney — Review · Practice · Practice Leader

ContractRemote · U.S. bar admission required
Not the highest degree, not the longest in practice — attorneys who use AI well, review sharply, and work with a team.

  • Attorney review
  • Risk assessment
  • Client legal consultation
  • Calls and video meetings where the matter needs them
  • Final legal opinions
  • Reviewing and signing legal documents where the applicable rules permit

What We Look For

  • AI Native — fluent with mainstream AI tools for legal research and drafting, and able to turn that into real speed

  • Collaborative — works alongside our immigration specialists, client relationship managers and business development team
  • Responsive — quick to reply, and comfortable talking to clients directly
  • Growth Mindset — willing to build SOPs, a knowledge base and AI workflows that outlast any one matter
